Terms

These terms apply to the Connected Stack attendee service operated by True Ventures. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in support of a useful, respectful event community.

Your account

Use your own Google account and provide accurate profile information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access may be restricted or revoked to protect attendees or the service.

Community conduct

Do not harass, impersonate, deceive, spam, scrape attendee information, send unwanted promotions, attempt to bypass access controls, or use information from the service for purposes unrelated to genuine event connections. Respect blocks, privacy choices, and requests to stop communicating.

Your content

You retain ownership of profile information and messages you submit. You give True Ventures permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Service availability

The service is provided for the event and may change, pause, or end. We work to keep it accurate and available, but schedules, recommendations, and attendee information may be incomplete or change.

Safety

You can block or report another attendee in the app. Reports may be reviewed by event organizers. In an emergency or immediate safety situation, contact venue staff or local emergency services.
